Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital portrait products, custom portrait services, and related digital deliverables sold by SarDev AI Photo Lab.

Digital and Custom Nature

Products are digital and often custom-created from customer-uploaded headshots, instructions, and creative selections. Orders cannot usually be resold or reassigned once production begins.

Generally Final

All sales are generally final once work has begun, creative processing has started, or digital delivery has been made.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

You may request cancellation before work begins. If no work has started, a cancellation or refund may be approved at our discretion.

Order Issues

If there is a material issue caused by our error, contact customer.service@photo.sardev.io promptly. When appropriate, we may offer a revision, redelivery, or another reasonable corrective measure.
